Recording: Hypophosphatemia: Unlocking the Key to Improved Diagnosis and Management

This program is a 60-minute virtual symposium including that will took place on Friday, September 11. 

This program was funded through educational grants from Horizon Therapeutics.

The recording will include a pre-assessment, post-assessment, evaluation, and follow-up survey, and will be certified for up to 1 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit and 1 ABIM MOC Point.
