Identification of Relevant Financial Relationships:
In accordance with requirements of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), The Endocrine Society requires all individuals who are in a position to control the content of an education activity to disclose all relevant financial relationships with any commercial interest that produces, markets, resells, or distributes healthcare products or services to be discussed in the activity. Such financial relationships are defined as remuneration paid to you or your spouse/partner in any amount that has occurred within the last 12 months. If a potential conflict of interest exists as a result of a financial relationship, this will need to be resolved prior to the activity. If there is no relevant financial relationship, the learners must be informed that no relevant financial relationship exists.
Do you or your spouse/partner have any relevant financial relationships, as defined above, with any commercial interest(s) that produce(s), resell(s), or distribute(s) products or services you intend to discuss in this activity?
