Ancillary Symposium: Keeping Sight of Thyroid Eye Disease
This program is a 60-minute virtual webinar including live Q&A that will be available on-demand on Endocrine Society's Center for Learning platform.
This program was funded through educational grants from Horizon Therapeutics.
The webinar and recording will include a pre-survey, post-assessment, evaluation, and follow-up survey, and will be certified for up to 1 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit and 1 ABIM MOC Point.
Registrants of this program prior to the event date will automatically be registered for the live webinar and will be sent login information 24-48 hours before the event. If you are unable to attend the live webinar, the recording will be available within 5-10 business days.
Upon successful completion of the activities, participants should be better able to:
- Describe the basic pathophysiology of Graves’ disease and thyroid eye disease.
- Analyze early signs and symptoms of thyroid eye disease, including criteria for stratifying mild, moderate, and severe disease, and determinants of disease activity.
- Evaluate new and emerging biological agents for treatment of thyroid eye disease.
The program will focus on clinical presentations on state of care, challenges, and emerging therapies of Thyroid Eye Disease. Topics covered will include:
