Pediatric endocrinology team members, including physicians, advance practice providers (NPs, PAs), nurses, adult endocrinologists, diabetologists, Certified Diabetes Educators, primary care providers, and others who manage patients with T1D.

• Describe immunotherapeutic approaches to delaying clinical T1D to patients and families.
• Advise clinical colleagues on the appropriate screening for T1D in their patients.
• Utilize approved immunotherapy to delay onset of T1D.

Maintenance of Certification (MOC)
Successful completion of this course, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 1.50 points in the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
