In partnership with Thermo Fisher Scientific, Endocrine Society presents a webinar on the clinical application and importance of highly accurate LC-MS/MS 25(OH)D2/25(OH)D3 vitamin D testing and D2/D3 fractionation for patient management. This activity is a platform through which clinicians and endocrinologists will receive further knowledge and training on LC-MS/MS technology.

  • Clinical Importance of More Highly Accurate Results in Testing | Dr. Daniel Bikle
  • Clinical Importance and Implications of D2 and D3 | Dr. Daniel Bikle
  • Implications of Highly Accurate LC-MS/MS 25(OH)D2/25(OH)D3 Vitamin D Testing on Patient Care and QoL | Dr. Glenville Jones
  • Analytical Review of the Guidelines for Highly Accurate LC-MS/MS 25(OH)D2/25(OH)D3 Vitamin D Testing | Dr. Glenville Jones
This educational initiative is intended for endocrinologists, clinicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants who will receive further knowledge and training on LC-MS/MS technology.
Upon completion of this activity, learners should be able to:
  • Describe the importance of proper patient classification for Vitamin D status
  • Analyze for serum Vitamin D status
  • Build awareness for availability of LC Tandem mass spectrometry
