This session is designed for Fellows and post-fellowship practicing endocrinologists to compare and contrast business models for academic medicine, large group practice and private practice. General tips will also be provided on navigating hospital administration, working with a diverse team of healthcare providers and things the panelists wish they would have known when starting in their practice setting.
