Fewer US residents are going into endocrinology, while demand for endocrinologists steadily increases. We want endocrinology to be an appealing career option for our medical students and residents. This group of educational leads is uniquely qualified to help address this challenge. Share, learn, and discuss among your peers how to expose students to what makes endocrinology such a critical specialty.

Discussion Questions:
During our time we will brainstorm how to overcome the barriers of engaging the future leaders of endocrinology in training. Please take a few minutes to share your thoughts before the meeting and/or share this link with others at your institution.
This is not restricted to the specialty of endocrinology. If you see other departments implementing innovative programs, please share.
Examples: vacation time is scheduled during the endocrine elective or the endocrine elective is exclusively inpatient diabetes management
