The Society's Leadership Development Task Force recommended conducting an annual self-evaluation to ensure that our committees/task forces’ work is aligned with the Society’s goals; to ensure their effectiveness and to provide members with a tool to provide feedback on their experiences. Additionally, it is an opportunity for all committee/task force members to provide the names of future leaders.
