• Integrate new discoveries or observations that will improve performance in practice;
• Critically analyze medical literature, current issues, patient care, and practice management;
• Evaluate how a research question or investigational clinical application is formulated and articulated in a proposed manuscript;
• Synthesize the literature with a thorough review of the proposed manuscript thereby identifying its strengths and weaknesses prior to publication.
